Here's a nice, simple and very reasonably priced 2010 GMC Sierra 1500 Work Truck with 142,900 miles. This is a two owner truck with a clean Maine title and clean history (no accidents). It is current on all maintenance including brakes, oil/filter, air filter and Maine State Inspection, which is good through April 2018. The 5.3L V8 start, idles and drives very nicely and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly with no clunking, slipping or hesitation. The floor shift four-wheel-drive works perfectly and is actually a bit more reliable than the push-button switch.
Being a work truck, the windows are manual, roll-up/down style and the seats are also adjustable with manual levers. The floors are rubber/vinyl and are in nearly perfect condition. The same can be said about all the seats, including the driver's seat, which does not suffer from the typical split seam that most GM trucks will show. The radio, climate control and all gauges work properly and illuminate when the lights are turned on.
Overall, this truck is mechanically solid and the only real imperfections will be seen on the exterior from rock chips. There is not a single spot of rot on the body and no bubbling is present on any of the fenders. All cab corners and rockers are original and completely solid. The bumpers also show very well with no rust spotting through. The tires have a decent amount of wear left and the wheels are solid overall with only minor corrosion common to a steel wheel. The chassis is also very solid with only surface corrosion. There is not a single, questionable spot on the frame after thoroughly inspecting it on a lift.
Fully inspected: Maine State Inspection Sticker is good through April, 2018.
